Our dedicated Cessna 208 Caravan fleet is supported by in-house maintenance, giving our pilots and technicians a reliable platform and consistent operational standards. We invest in our people and provide the tools and support needed to do the job well.

For our Pilots:
You’ll average 3+ hours of flight time per day, working 5 days per week. While you’ll enjoy weekends at home, your nights on the road are spent at comfortable, highly rated hotels at our overnight locations.
For our Mechanics and Administrative Team Members: You’ll be based at either our Addison, Texas or Lansing, Michigan location with no regular overnight travel required.
